EZ Block offers the following advantages versus the traditional concrete hollow blocks

  1. Speed in installation results to lower labor cost and early completion.
    a. 4x lighter than traditional concrete hollow blocks.
    b. Requires only 6.66 blocks per sq.m versus traditional blocks which require 13.2 blocks per sq.m.
    c. The finish requires only a skim coat finish versus traditional blocks wherein 1/2 – 1″cement plaster plus skim coat will be needed.
    d. Interlocking joints makes block laying very accurate in both horizontal and vertical direction. It also makes the anti seismic properties higher than conventional hollow blocks. 
  2. Excellent Thermal Insulation
    Excellent thermal insulation of (Y)= 0.12 kcal/ tsqm / h/ Degree centigrade. That gives you 30% savings in air conditioning.
  3. Excellent Sound Insulation
    Acoustical insulation or noise reduction of 45-47 dB. Sound transfer is totally minimized.
  4. Higher Fire Rating
    Completely inert in fire and classified in Class 0. EZ Block’s 10cm thickness has a fire rating EI 180.
  5. Very Low Water Absorption
    The finish wall will completely be waterproofed using the skim coat system from EZ Block. The traditional blocks water absorption is very high which is greater than % is very high which is greater than %.
